The New Haven Grand Prix bicycle race is expected to close city streets around the New Haven Green today and tonight. This will likely impact concertgoers arriving by car to tonight’s Yale Philharmonia concert in Woolsey Hall.
According to the WTNH website:
Temple Street, between Elm and Chapel streets, will be closed from 3 pm to 11 pm.
Chapel Street, between Temple and High streets, will be closed from 2 pm to 11 pm.
College Street, between Elm and Crown streets, will be closed from noon to midnight.
High Street, between Chapel and Elm streets, will be closed from 2 pm to 11 pm.
Additionally, only one lane on Elm Street, between York and Temple streets, will be open between 3 pm and 11 pm.
